Mr. Govind Mahadeo Lele has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree from the University of Poona, 1975 batch in which he stood first in the order of merit. He has overall 39 years’ experience, out of which 17 years have been with consultants in Bahrain & Dubai, 3 years with contractors in Dubai and the balance with Voltas Limited at various locations.  He is currently associated as a Consultant with C V Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneshwar for their C V Raman Center of Excellence, HVAC & Refrigeration Project. The center will offer basic and advanced Diploma Courses for HVAC & R professionals.

He was registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a Category A for consultant for over 15 years. He has extensive experience related to co-ordination requirements between architectural, structural, interior decoration as well as various electro –mechanical services and specialist agencies for other building services.

Govind conducts workshops on electrical concepts and design considerations for electrical works related to HVAC & R installations; selection of controls &  developing control system logic for HVAC & R and building automation systems; psychrometry basics and applications.

Though he prefers to instruct in English, he is quite proficient in explaining concepts in Hindi & Marathi.

Mr.Sasidharan S Menon  is Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Design and Evaluation for  Controlled Environments for Contamination Control .

Sasidharan is an electrical engineering graduate with PGPC for utilities, has more than three decades of association with Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology & Health care related Cleanroom installations. He is currently engaged as SME (Subject Matter Expert) – Design & Evaluation, Controlled Environments for Contamination Control, by Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad, for their stem cells based regenerative medicines’ project and various Pharma projects at Maharashtra, Kolkata, Haryana, Dhaka and other places.  He is also Director-Special Projects for Thermolab Group, who are leaders in Stability testing chambers and Cold Chain Development for Frozen Food products and other perishables. He is a trainer for ISHRAE’s Cleanroom Certification Programs and associated closely with ISPE, IPA and IDMA seminars and symposiums.

Mr. V Krishnan

Mr. V Krishnan graduated from IIT with a degree in Electrical Engineering and joined VOLTAS LIMITED, as a Management Trainee. He spent the next fifteen years with VOLTAS, where he handled several assignments including sales, project execution, service and then moved to the Corporate Office where he was responsible for Business Development, Technology Transfer and Dealer Development.

Krishnan separated from VOLTAS in 1992 and started his own enterprise which is engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing Air, Fire and Smoke Management Products.

Leslie P Dsouza completed his Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jabalpur with specialization in Refrigeration and Air conditioning in 1965 and was placed 3rd in the Merit list of the University. He did his apprenticeship in Bombay Ammonia Pvt ltd and subsequently worked as a Project Engineer with M/s American Refrigerator Co Ltd.
He joined Voltas Ltd as their Service Manager in Chennai 1973 and had postings in Voltas International in Mumbai and Dubai as well as Branch offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Cochin and Mumbai HQ in various roles as Operations & Sales Manager, Business Development Mgr, Southern Zone Regional Manager, and Divisional Manager for Unitary Products at SHQ Mumbai until he retired as the General Manager Southern Zone. He also had a stint working in Muscat, Oman for 4 years.
After four decades of experience in the HVAC field he started his own Consultancy company known as Trident Consultants in 2000, specializing in Refrigeration and Cold Storage projects and special AC jobs for Clean rooms, Operation theatres and other non standard AC requirements and is till date heading the firm as the proprietor. He has been the Mechanical consultant for projects in Australia, Japan and Singapore besides having carried out large Controlled Atmosphere Cold Chambers for Apple storages, and Clinical trial drugs etc.
He joined ISHRAE in 1988 and was one of the earliest members of Bangalore Chapter and has been actively involved in the chapter activities like ACREX, IIE, Installation Guide Manual and HVAC training Module Lecture Notes, Introduction of ISHRAE Certified Professional, Certification Program for Lvl1 & Lvl 2 Design and Service Certifications, Chairman of ACRESERVE 2012 and member of ISHRAE Advisory council and Refrigeration Committee etc.
He was the Bangalore Chapter President in 1991-1992. He was an ASHRAE member from 1981. Apart from being an active faculty at the ISHRAE Institute of Excellence he is also a Trustee of the Institute.
