Mr. Govind Mahadeo Lele has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree from the University of Poona, 1975 batch in which he stood first in the order of merit. He has overall 39 years’ experience, out of which 17 years have been with consultants in Bahrain & Dubai, 3 years with contractors in Dubai and the balance with Voltas Limited at various locations.  He is currently associated as a Consultant with C V Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneshwar for their C V Raman Center of Excellence, HVAC & Refrigeration Project. The center will offer basic and advanced Diploma Courses for HVAC & R professionals.

He was registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a Category A for consultant for over 15 years. He has extensive experience related to co-ordination requirements between architectural, structural, interior decoration as well as various electro –mechanical services and specialist agencies for other building services.

Govind conducts workshops on electrical concepts and design considerations for electrical works related to HVAC & R installations; selection of controls &  developing control system logic for HVAC & R and building automation systems; psychrometry basics and applications.

Though he prefers to instruct in English, he is quite proficient in explaining concepts in Hindi & Marathi.

Mr. Prashant Desai

Mr. Prashant Desai is a 1981 graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has 34 years’ experience in companies such as Voltas Ltd., Blue Star, Johnson Controls and Suvidha Engineers.

He has been involved with design and setting up of various pharmaceutical and clean room projects since 1992 and along the way has gained immense experience in HVAC and control systems associated with these projects including expertise in maintenance and trouble shooting. He is founder Director with ELM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, a specialist HVAC company.

Mr. Prashant Raidu

Mr. Prashant Raidu is a graduate engineer from REC Nagpur 1980 Batch. He has 36years experience in the HVAC & R industry. He is currently LEAD CONSULTANT for LESA PROSERV responsible for the design of various HVAC and refrigeration systems across the country for this firm from 2000 onwards .His customers are household names like Google, Microsoft, Dr. Reddy Lab and Uber. He is an accomplished trainer and has been associated with ISHRAE for several years for various training programs

Mr. Vikram Murthy

Mr. Vikram Murthy has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT , Kanpur, 1975 batch. He has 40 years’ experience in the HVAC Industry.

He worked in Voltas Ltd & Utility Engineers India Ltd in various positions right up to Executive Vice President.

He was  Director with  Genpower Electric Pvt Ltd , Nasik , which manufactured fans, blowers & electrical control panels. He is currently  Director Univac Environment Systems Pvt Ltd  for Unitary and applied HVAC Products & Systems located in  Mumbai

He is trustee of Tropical Air conditioning & Refrigeration Institute, Mumbai that imparts training in HVAC and Building Engineering Services for graduating students, working professionals and corporates

He serves on ASHRAE Technical Committee TC 5.2 for Duct Design  and Government Advocacy Committee .

He currently serves ISHRAE on Marketing Committee , and the Journal Committee .

He is a Past President of ISHRAE Mumbai Chapter , ASHRAE Mumbai Chapter , the Rotary Club of Bombay Film City and past National Secretary of ISHRAE

Mr. Vishwas Naware is a Mechanical Engineer of 1985 batch of College of Engineering, Pune. His specialization is in the field of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He has a vast experience of three decades covering many industrial & commercial HVAC & R projects from Concept to Maintenance. He has participated in the evolving HVAC & R industry during the decades: from a humble Reciprocating type compressor to sophisticated VFD driven chillers with magnetic bearings.

Vishwas founded the company Energyca in 2007 with a mission to save energy by means of Energy Audit, Implementation of Opportunities, Energy Efficient Consulting of HVAC systems, Maintenance contracts and Electrical Audits.

 Vishwas is a Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) certified Energy Auditor & his company is empaneled with MEDA (Maharashtra Energy Development Agency) as Class A consultant for Save Energy program

Ms. Sangita Jhangiani

Mechanical Engineer

Ms.Sangita Jhangiani is a Mechanical Engineer from NIT, Bhopal. She started her career in the year 1990 with Blue Star Ltd, as a Trainee Engineer. In 1997 she founded 'Enova' an Engineering Consulting firm. She has served ISHRAE as the Technical training chair for the Mumbai chapter in the years 2012-14 and as Secretary in 2015-16. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Mumbai chapter and as a Committee Member for IIE (Ishrae Institute of Excellence).

Sangita is an IGBC Accredited Professional. She is a member of ASHRAE, ISHRAE & CII-IGBC. Some articles authored by her have been published in the ISHRAE Journals. 

Sangita’s work experience includes design of HVAC systems for applications such as Data Centers, Residential complex, BSL Laboratory, Educational Institute, Malls & Retail outlets, Hotels, Hospitals, Clean rooms for Pharma applications, Corporate offices etc.
